3. User Interaction and Authentication

• Authentication: When using our API or report feature, you authenticate using Roblox's OAuth. No local account is created on RoReport, and we do not store any personal information or account credentials.
• Security: Although we do not store your credentials, you are responsible for any information provided through Roblox's OAuth.

4. Third-Party authentication

• Use of Roblox OAuth: Our service uses Roblox's OAuth for authentication purposes. By proceeding, you consent to this authentication method and agree to comply with Roblox's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
• Data Handling: All authentication and related data processing is managed by Roblox. We do not collect or store any personal information or account credentials on RoReport.
• No Affiliation: Our use of Roblox OAuth does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from Roblox Corporation.

5. User Conduct and Content Guidelines

• Prohibited Content: You are prohibited from uploading any content that is illegal or in real-life activities.
• Removal of Content: We reserve the right of remove, disable, or access to any content that violates these Terms that deemed illegal or in real-life content without prior notice.
• Consequences: Repeated or severe violations of these guidelines may result in suspension of access to the Service and may also subject you to legal action.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Service are owned by RoReport or its licensors.

7. Third-Party Content

8. reCAPTCHA

RoReport uses Google's reCAPTCHA service to help prevent spam and automated abuse. By uploading content, you acknowledge that your interaction with reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

9. API Usage

• Token Generation: After authenticating via Roblox's OAuth, you can generate an API token. This token is uniquely bound to your account and is required for all API requests.
• Usage Limits: We reserve the right to impose rate limits or restrictions on API usage. Excessive or abusive use may result in suspension or termination of your API access.
• Compliance: By using the API, you agree to abide by these Terms and any additional guidelines or restrictions provided for API usage.
